DynamicPartners.biz is not a lender or a direct funder. Funding partners underwrite, approve, fund, and collect payments; however, on select placements, DynamicPartners.biz may contribute its own capital alongside a primary funder.

• Funding Partners: Your file is shared exclusively with funding partners in our network that match your business profile. On syndicated transactions where DynamicPartners.biz contributes capital alongside a funder, the primary funding partner remains the sole entity responsible for underwriting, primary contract execution, and payment servicing.
• Referral Partners & Affiliate Compensation Disclosure: When an applicant’s goals align with solutions outside of revenue-based financing, we may share contact and qualifying information with vetted third-party referral partners for SBA loans, collateralized loans, traditional financing, credit repair, business banking, entity formation, or website development. Disclosure: DynamicPartners.biz may receive an affiliate fee, referral fee, or commission from these third-party partners when you establish an account or engage their services. Under certain state privacy definitions (such as California’s CPRA), the transfer of personal information where monetary compensation or other valuable consideration is received may be classified as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal data, even when conducted as part of an ordinary referral.
