FAQ

Straight answers to fair questions.

The things business owners ask us most, in plain words.

About us

What do you offer?

We start by looking at every option that fits your business, now and down the road. We place revenue-based financing directly. Through partners, we connect owners with SBA, collateralized, and traditional loans, plus credit repair, business checking, LLC formation, and website building. Partner services are separate, with their own costs.

How are you different from other financing companies?

Many are sales teams paid by volume that only offer one kind of product. We start with what the money is for, look at every option that fits, and show the full cost before you commit. If a loan may cost you less than what we place, we'll point you there first. We're building relationships, not a pile of one-time deals.

I've been burned by pushy brokers before. Why would you be any different?

You're right to be wary, and you're not alone. Many business owners have dealt with brokers who called nonstop, pushed them to sign the same day, and buried fees in the fine print. You shouldn't have to take our word for it, so ask for any of this in writing: we tell you how we're paid, we show the total cost in dollars before you sign, and we tell you when not to take funding. No telemarketers. No spam texts. Your info doesn't get passed around to the highest bidder.

Are you a lender?

No. DynamicPartners.biz is an independent capital readiness and placement firm, not a lender. We place revenue-based financing with funders that fit, and we connect owners with partners for SBA, collateralized, and traditional loans. The funder or lender makes the final decision.

How do you get paid?

Funders and partners pay us when we connect you with the right fit. We never charge a professional service fee (PSF) to apply or get funded. We show every fee before you decide.

I've heard bad things about revenue-based financing. Is it legit?

A lot of what you've heard about parts of this industry is deserved: stacked funding, buried fees, nonstop calls. Revenue-based financing can still be a useful tool when the money has a specific job and a payback plan, like inventory that sells in a few weeks. It's also only one of the options we look at. If it doesn't fit, we'll tell you.

Cost and payments

How much can I get, and what will it cost?

It depends on which option fits your business. A bank or SBA loan, if you may qualify, usually costs less but takes longer and asks for more. Revenue-based financing is faster and more flexible but costs more and is paid back quickly. Tell us what the money needs to do, or send recent bank statements, and we'll go over your real options with you privately.

What will my payments look like?

It depends on the option. Bank and SBA loans usually have monthly payments spread over a longer term. Revenue-based financing is paid back faster, often daily or weekly, so each payment can take a bigger share of your sales. Whatever the option, we put the payment next to your deposits and flag it if it looks too heavy.

What's a factor rate?

Revenue-based financing usually uses a factor rate instead of an interest rate. For example, a factor rate of 1.3 on $10,000 means $13,000 paid back. That $3,000 cost usually doesn't shrink if you pay early, unless the contract has an early-payoff discount. We show you the total payback, the term, and the net amount you receive, all in dollars.

Are there any fees?

We never charge a professional service fee (PSF) to apply or get funded. Funders and lenders may charge their own fees, and some take them out of the amount you receive, so the money that lands can be less than the headline number. Partner services like credit repair have their own cost. We show every fee before you decide.

With revenue-based financing, do I have to pay daily?

Not always. Some funders offer weekly payments or a percentage of card sales instead of a fixed daily amount, and some adjust payments if sales dip. We'll ask about your slow weeks and show how each option would feel in one.

Can short-term funding trap a business in debt?

It can. The usual path is a renewal pushed before the first round is paid off, which stacks the cost. We treat short-term funding as a tool for one job, ideally one round and done, and we plan the exit before you take the money. You never have to renew.

Will you try to sell me a renewal on revenue-based financing?

We'll bring one up only when it could help, like lowering your payment and giving you extra cash for a real purpose. We'll show what it costs next to just paying down what you owe. If it doesn't help your business, we'll say so.

What's a confession of judgment?

Some revenue-based financing contracts include one. It lets a funder get a court judgment quickly if you default, and some states restrict it. We'll tell you whether an offer has one and show you where it is, and you can turn down any offer that does.

How it works

What happens after I fill out the form?

One of our advisors personally follows up. No telemarketers. No spam texts. We start by asking what the money needs to do, then look at every option that fits, now and down the road.

Who sees my information?

Only the funders or partners that fit your situation. For revenue-based financing, we send your file only to funders in our network that fit it. For a loan, we introduce you to a partner who handles that application. Either way, we tell you before any hard credit pull.

How many offers will I see?

For revenue-based financing, we bring you the offer that fits your needs best, with total payback, net funds, term, payment size, and every fee in dollars. If two trade off on things you care about, like the lowest payment versus the lowest total cost, you'll see both.

Can you check an offer I already have?

Yes. Send it over. We'll compare the total cost, the amount you actually receive, the term, the payment as a share of your deposits, and the fees. If yours is better, we'll say so.

Can I run it by my accountant first?

Please do. We'll send a one-page summary with total payback, payment size, term, and fees so they can check it. We'll tell you any real offer deadline without adding pressure of our own.

Can you help me move to lower-cost financing over time?

Yes, that's part of the plan. It usually means tracking cash flow, keeping business and personal money separate, building business credit, paying down what you owe, and applying to a bank when you're ready. We can't promise you'll qualify, but when you may qualify for something better, we'll be the first to say so.

Credit and your situation

What could I qualify for?

It depends on your business, and the funder or lender always makes the final call. As a general guide:

Revenue-based financing usually looks most at steady monthly deposits and time in business. Credit matters less, but it can change which offers you see.

SBA loans usually look for good credit, a solid track record, tax returns, and a clear plan for the money. They often take longer.

Term loans usually look for good credit, steady revenue, and time in business, and some ask for collateral.

Tell us about your business, and we'll show you which paths may fit, now and down the road.

I have low credit or missed payments. Can I still apply?

Yes. Bank and SBA loans usually lean heavily on credit. Revenue-based financing leans more on your revenue, though credit can still change which offers you see and what they cost. If credit is the real obstacle, a credit repair partner may help with items that are inaccurate or can't be verified. It's a separate service with its own cost, and no one can promise a result.

I have a tax lien. Does that rule me out?

Not always, but it can limit your options for most kinds of financing. Some funders will consider a lien that's on a payment plan. Credit repair can't remove a valid lien, so paying it or setting up a plan with the taxing authority is the way forward.

I already have funding or a loan. Is that a problem?

Not automatically. What matters is whether your business can handle all of its payments together. For revenue-based financing, some funders will fund behind existing ones. Consolidating helps only if the total cost or the payment goes down, so we'll show you both.

Could I qualify for something cheaper?

Maybe, and if so, we'll tell you first. With strong credit or collateral like property you own, an SBA, collateralized, or traditional loan may cost less. We'll point you to a partner for that, and if it falls short of what you need, we can help fill the gap.

Will applying hurt my credit score?

It depends on the option. Loans usually involve a credit check. Most revenue-based financing isn't reported to consumer credit bureaus, but a UCC lien is public record. We'll tell you before any hard credit pull.

Do I have to put up collateral?

It depends on the option. Collateralized loans are backed by assets like property or equipment, and SBA and bank loans often require a personal guarantee. With revenue-based financing, usually nothing is pledged up front, but most funders still file a UCC lien on business assets or receivables, and many require a personal guarantee. We point all of this out before you decide.
